Q: HOW ARE THE GARMENTS MADE?
Our brand is built on a made-to-order model. This means we don't hold stock; instead, we create each garment in a small batch only after you place your order. This approach allows us to produce with a purpose, using limited materials to ensure low waste and meticulous quality.
Q: WHY IS THERE A LIMITED NUMBER OF ITEMS?
We're committed to a conscious and thoughtful ethos. To combat overproduction and textile waste, we only release a set number of garments per collection. This approach ensures every piece is made with intention and care.
Q: WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE?
We're proud to support local craftsmanship. All our garments are made right here in London by a small, independent manufacturer who shares our commitment to ethical and high-quality production.
Q: WHAT HEIGHT ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE FOR?
Our brand is thoughtfully designed for the petite woman, which we define as someone 5'4" (163cm) and under however our garments are made specifically for 5'3" (160cm) and under.
The term "petite" refers to a specific height and body proportion, not a woman's size. Our garments are meticulously proportioned with a shorter rise, torso length, and sleeves to ensure they fit you perfectly without the need for alterations.
Q: ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE FOR A SPECIFIC BODY SHAPE?
We believe everyone should feel included. Our designs were developed with a focus on body shape, not just height. Our patterns were fashioned on a 5'0" model with curves, ensuring our garments adapt to your unique shape and may sit differently on everyone. You can also confidently size up without fear of an ill-fitting, boxy shape.

Q: DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR SALES?
No. We believe in the value of our garments and our planet. Our prices reflect the true cost of our conscious, slow-made process and ethical production. We don't encourage fast fashion, bad spending habits, or unethical business practices driven by impulse. Instead, we want you to thoughtfully invest in a piece you will love for years to come.
Q: HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

Q: HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
It's a simple process. Once a collection goes live, you can select your desired style and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For our waitlist members, you’ll receive an exclusive pre-order link with a deposit option to secure your garment ahead of time.
Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe via our Squarespace Commerce platform.
Q: DO YOU OFFER PRE-ORDERS?
Yes, we do! Customers on our waiting list get an exclusive preview and the opportunity to place a pre-order with a 50% deposit which will go towards the full purchase price to secure their garment before the public launch. For more details on this process, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
ABOUT SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
As each garment is made for you, please allow an 8-week lead time for manufacturing and quality checks before your order is ready for dispatch. Once your order has shipped, delivery within the UK typically takes 2-4 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We offer a 24-hour cancellation grace period from the moment you place your order. If you wish to cancel within this window, we will issue a full refund. After this period, we begin the production process, and we are unable to accept cancellations. However, you still have the right to a return after you receive your item. Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns for both faulty items and for a "change of mind" within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details on eligibility and the returns process.
Q: WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
For "change of mind" returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that all international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

We’re committed to quality, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in line with our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
